Eat Clean

Eat a balanced diet: 30% vegetables, 20% fruit, 20% carbohydrates, 20% protein, and 10% dairy. Stay hydrated with 64 oz of alkaline water daily; avoid sugary drinks (and even chemical-laden "diet" drinks).

Sleep Right

Good sleep habits are incredibly important for your health; poor sleep has been linked to depression, lack of concentration, reduced immune function, and even obesity. Get on a schedule and stick to it.

Supplements

Chances are, you're not getting enough of the necessary vitamins, minerals, and nutrients your body needs to stay healthy. Supplements are a natural way of boosting your immunes system and cost-effective for better health.

Excercise

Exercise for 30 minutes between three (3) and five (5) times a week. Reduce  blood pressure, diabetes risk, and body fat, while increasing mental, physical, and emotional performance. Get moving!

Neutralize Toxins

Avoid unnecessary drugs, eat clean organic foods, and avoid processed meals. Utilize silver whenever and wherever possible to neutralize toxins in your environment and on your body.

Clean Water

Hydration is exceptionally important for wellness. Drink at least 64 ounces of alkaline water daily. The body is alkaline, and germs can't survive in an alkaline environment.

Eliminate Stress

Stress management covers a wide spectrum of techniques and psychotherapies aimed at controlling your stress levels. Exercise, healthy eating, meditation, and setting boundaries helps.
